WhatsApp Business was introduced years ago to provide business and service owners with a better experience to communicate with their customers.
This experience has been a free trial since the time of launch, as well as everything that WhatsApp offers, but unfortunately, it will not continue as well, as Meta (formerly Facebook) is soon planning to make money for the first time from the application that it acquired in 2014.

Finally, Meta will make a profit by charging for conversations made by WhatsApp Business users with an accounting system based on the “conversation” module in exchange for a fixed fee that varies from country to country. And WhatsApp Business fees will be applied to start on February 1, 2022, to all users of the service in all countries of the world, according to news that the company itself has not yet confirmed.

But the general WhatsApp users will not pay any fees at all. If you talk to a WhatsApp Business account, you will not pay any money, the service provider will pay, and you, as a normal user, will not pay anything.
